Winter days are short, slow-moving and frigid (depending on where you live)! If you’re looking to maximize your productivity during this often draining time of year, keep reading!

] A slow cooker will save your life during the winter months. This kitchen machine will cook for you while you’re at work so that you don’t have to spend time or energy on preparing a meal later in the day. All you have to do is turn it on in the morning and let it sit!

] Surround yourself with friends and family. They will encourage you to complete your grueling yet necessary tasks, as well as keep you social, which will improve your mood!

] Work late, if you’re so inclined. If there are winter nights where you don’t have anything to do, why not stick around the office and dig into some projects that have been sitting on your to-do list since the summer? You’ll feel more productive and impress your boss!

] Stay hydrated and healthy. You can’t be productive when you’re stuck in bed with a cold. Winter is the season that cold and flu germs thrive in, so never skip on washing your hands and if you feel an illness coming on, try to take care of it before it progresses.

] Make sure you make enough time for sleep (8 hours or more a night)! In addition to keeping the body strong, sleep also keeps your brain healthy and improves your focus.
